LEVINE, Blanche passed away quietly on February 16, 2021. She was born on March 19, 1929, in Brooklyn, New York. She married Navy man Robert Levine in 1948, and added three children to their band of explorers. Mom was very social and active in the community in Palm Harbor, where she and dad had lived since 1995. Mom and dad did not let the warm sand stay under their feet for long. Their Passports became crammed with countries and islands, including Japan, Spain, China, Egypt, Russia, the Philippines and Alaska. Blanche was an active member of Congregation Beth Shalom in Clearwater, and in 2019 received the Woman of Distinction Award from the Jewish Federation. She leaves with us the love she taught her three children, Judy, Gary and Ken. She had the pleasure of having her six grandchildren and two great- grandchildren participate numerous times around the Passover table. David C. Gross Funeral Home

I did not personally know Blanche, but, being President of the Lylah Pinellas Chapter/North Pinellas Group of Hadassah, I knew her name. Reading your parents' beautiful obituaries, I get a sense of what extraordinary people they were and I'm sorry I never had the chance to get to know them. My heart-felt condolences to their family and friends.
