Celia Deborah Garland, 69, of 110 Johnson Avenue Inman, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2020 at Spartanburg Medical Center. She was born in Spartanburg on February 17, 1951, a daughter of the late Bunice Eledge Wright Harmon and Henry Melton Wright and was the wife of Joseph Michael Garland of the home. She worked as a census taker for the United States Census Bureau and was a homemaker. She was a member of Temple Independent Methodist Church and attended Hope Church. In addition to her husband, she is also survived by two sons, Michael Todd Garland and Christian Johnathan Garland, both of Boiling Springs; two daughters, Pamela Deborah Garland of Polk County, NC, Paula Michelle Thompson of Ellenboro, NC; a brother, Cecil Melton Wright of Camp Croft; her grandchildren, Aniston Garland, Jordan Garland, Kylie McGinnis, Tristan Miller, JJ Garland, Destiny Rowland, Autumn Ciotta, Alexis Garland, Joseph Painter, Jonathan Painter, Breanna Painter, Nate Thompson, Nora Thompson, and Gracie Fletcher; and her great grandchildren, Juliet Rowland and Ava Rowland; as well as her four legged child, Gracie. The family will receive friends 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, November 29th at the home at 110 Johnson Avenue, Inman .
