I just discovered Betty's obituary. So sorry to hear of her passing. We met in 1966-67 when attending Kinman Business University in Spokane. We stayed in touch through the years with Christmas and/or birthday cards. She was prompt and faithful to send Christmas cards signed by her and lastly her beloved cat, Patrick. Enjoyed her letters. I tried to call and get in touch with her in 2014 as we passed through Salem. I fell behind in my correspondence last few years. Wondered why I hadn't heard from her. Lost my husband Nov 2020. May the God of peace and comfort keep the family and those who loved her, as God has kept me. My condolences.

I worked with Elizabeth (Betty) as I knew her for 30 years at ODVA and she was a great person to work with and to know. She loved to sing in her church and participate in there functions. She loved her cats princess and patrick those were her kids. I will miss Betty she was a real sweet person.
