I just learned that Dot has passed and am eternally grateful for my time on this earth with her. Her first husband Eddie Glover was my Mother's baby brother. Dot and Eddie were very close friends with my parents all of their lives. I was there when Eddie and Dot married and when Eddie bestowed her with the wedding kiss, her hat fell off. What a perfect day. She is now enjoying the rewards of her Christian life on earth. God speed.

Dot always had a beautiful smile and warm greeting, and truly radiated the love of Jesus. We were blessed to know her and Ed from our years at First Baptist Indialantic. Their sweet Christian character and fun personalities made them a joy to be around.
Michele, it was good to see you last night after so many years. You and your family are in our prayers. God bless and comfort you as you think of the joy your mother is experiencing now!
Love,

I'm sad to learn of Dot's passing. Dot and Ed Glover were my next-door neighbors growing up in Melbourne Beach until my mother sold our house after my father died in 1990. Ed got me my first editing job at Radiation that kicked off my long career in aerospace and made good use my BA in English.
Dot was such a sweet southern lady. She was a great neighbor and very kind to my mother after my father passed away. My thoughts and prayers go out to Michele and family.

Dot was the very picture of a southern lady. She was my student and my friend, always ready and willing to help whenever needed. Her love was genuine and very much appreciated.
