Doc Bags: Thank you for being the definition of
The Fighter Pilots Flight Surgeon. You kept all of our Stealth Family under your wing and provided us with the confidence of knowing you would take care of us. More importantly you were a friend and always made us laugh. We considered you one of us and your talents were important in ensuring the success of the F-117 program. I believe you were the best Flight Surgeon I ever saw. Rest In Peace Sir.
Jett Crouch, Bandit 160. Gulf Breeze, Fl.

Thanks Doc "Bags" for all you did to keep all the folks on the stealth fighter program back in the 1980's, healthy and wise. We dealt with stresses and problems that Flight Surgeons and clinic chiefs like you did not have to worry about in a normal Air Force organization. RIP friend.....

We called him Doc Bags. He was our flight surgeon up at Tonopah Test Range Airfield as a member of the 4450th Tactical Group which flew the F-117 when it didn't exist. I have a story about Doc Bags when we went to England on a deployment, but it is too long for this venue. Doc Bags was the best. Have a safe flight my friend.
