Don Oberkiser was a true friend and a mentor to me in the electrical business. I worked with him for 25 years and trusted him like no other. I am a better person for having him as a friend. A couple words of advice while in heaven don't boss God around, don't put God in time out and enjoy the unlimited fishing and golf with God.

"Obe" was a true BROther. He contacted me during some of my darkest moments and helped me overcome the intense grief and sadness.

"It is a proud privilege to be a soldier _ a good soldier [with] discipline, self-respect, pride in his unit and his country, a high sense of duty and obligation to comrades and to his superiors, and a self confidence born of demonstrated ability."

My condolences to Don's family, may he R.I.P. When I first started playing ice hockey back in the mid 60's Don gave me a pair of hockey pants that were given to him by a player of the Fort Wayne Komets.

My sincere condolences to Karen and rest of the family
