Fred was a gentle, kind person. He took interest in everything. May he rest in peace.

We will miss our wonderful neighbor and friend. He was a true example of a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. May he be at rest with his dear wife,Rosemary.

With love to all the family,

Sorry to lose my Uncle Fred, the last of my mother's living siblings. Fred was a truly unique individual, and mysterious in some ways. He rarely spoke of his accomplishments and mostly kept his personal feelings close to his chest. When I was a little girl, I remember him as being quite animated and jovial. He adored his precious wife, my now deceased Aunt Rosemary, their daughters, my first cousins Susan and Janet, and their extended families. The Ackerman home was brimming with warmth and hospitality, especially when Fred's beloved Rosemary was there. But, now they are together, probably watching over us from the other side. Best thoughts and much love, Niece Xyra and Nephew Andrew

Flowers are on the way. A small token of appreciation for a life well lived.
