Mr. Mosher and the rest of the founding trustees of Oakland Community College have provided educational opportunities for more than a million citizens of this area. Their dedication and service to our community will continue to benefit us forever. Mr. Mosher was a man of rare insight. He and his wife Doris knew the value of education and its power to raise people up. They devoted their lives to the helping of others through Oakland Community College. On a more personal note, I had the privilege and opportunity to be a charter faculty member of the college. I found a career that suited me and pursued it for the next forty two years. I loved my teaching; I loved my students; I loved and still love Oakland Community College. I will forever be indebted to Mr. Mosher and the others for this opportunity.

Geo was a fine attorney and had a great laugh and sense of humor. Delores and I watched Doris's and his dog one weekend and he chewed up our basement stairs.Jack wheatley
