Helen was a joy! Her stories about her childhood , love for her husband and children, were always front and center! She will be missed by our entire office. May she Rest In Peace.

Helen will always have a very special place in our hearts. We will remember her beautiful smile, warm friendliness and lovely conversations. In addition to family gatherings--graduations and weddings Helen joined the fun and laughter at "Gal Pals" ( Sue, Nancy, Dolores and Barbara) luncheons. May family and friends find comfort in knowing Helen is in God's loving care. Ted & Barbara (Sue's "Gal Pal') Reynolds

Although I reside in Texas, I have had the privilege of knowing Helen for almost 15 years because of my friendship with Colleen. Helen's optimism, cheerfulness and zest for life were her trademarks.
At least once a year( sometimes more) she and Suzy would visit Colleen in Houston and we would all go out for lunch or dinner, go sightseeing, take road trips and yes, even go to a Country and Western bar!
Awhile back Colleen gave her mother a new tablet computer but recently Helen said that she was going to buy herself a new tablet that had some new features that she was interested in. I mention this because although I am of the same generation as Colleen and Suzy I just recently traded in my flip phone for a smart phone but I still do not know much more than how to text, email, take pictures and surf the web. And to think that this almost 95 year old was more technologically advanced than me!
There are not a lot of things that I am certain of in life, but one thing I do believe is that God places angels amongst us to remind us that there is still goodness in this world. One of those angels was named Helen. And now He has taken her home to be with Him!

I have no doubt that Helen McCauley will be in heaven with the Lord. I remember the day I dance with her Country and Western. She was so lively and a great dancer. Her lovely smile always cheered me up. A very beautiful and intelligent lady. I among others will definitely miss her.
