John you will be missed. You and the boys at the shop have taken great care of me since 1973. First my father Jack Lighton, then me, now my boys Jack and Ryan. Thank you for all the advice and guidance. You, Si, Phil, Siro, and Gordy are the best. I am proud of your fight to live and courage to face your fate. Your fatherly advice will last a lifetime.
God Bless my friend.

I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. I loved that man. He first cut my hair in 1972 and my son's in the early 1990's. We shared stories, laughter and tears. Ever the optimist, John was always encouraging me by his words and deeds. He last cut my hair during his miraculous recovery in 2017. I will always have the fondest of memories of John. Condolences to his family.

I have known Johnny for 55 years. We went to Barber school together. John was alway nice to everyone and loved people.
At the shop all loved to see John and the crew.
Both my father and I thought the wold of him.
The world is a lonely place without him. It has been a few years since i saw him, but I can feel his wamth even now.
