Dear Currie Family,
I am so very sorry to hear of your mother's passing.
My mother, Therese Blaney O'Brien, and your mother were great friends. So much that, your mother was a bridesmaid in my mother's wedding.
My mother was quite fond of your mother. She had many sweet memories from their college days. Her friendship meant a great deal to my mother.
At my parents 50th anniversary, your parents came and surprised them to their delight. (We had invited the wedding party.) I hadn't seen your parents since I was very small. Your mother's joy at seeing the grown children of Therese and Jim was sweet.
But, as the O'Briens regard your mother in fine light, so must you all have her tenderness in your hearts.
With love and friendship,
Kathleen O'Brien

To Chris, John, Marie, Joseph and Therese, spouses and grandchildren, I'm sorry you have lost dear Mary. She's been in my thoughts and prayers regularly. Now those prayers have a specific purpose. She is in the company of the Saints, no doubt. We have some beautiful photos of her as she was maid of honor in my parent's wedding. I'll see that we get you some digital copies.May she rest in eternal peace,Eileen OBrien (Maddy and Nick)
