Ms. Donahoe was my 5th grade teacher at Prairie View in 1988. She was amazing and left a positive impression on my life.

I'd like to offer my most sincere condolences to Mrs. Donohoe's family.
Mrs. Donohoe was my 5th grade teacher at Prairie View. I still have the journal, she gave to my classmates and me...with all her notes after each of my entries. I'm 42 years old, now.
Mrs. Donohoe was very concerned about my classmates and me, and it showed.

While she's no longer here, physically, her legacy is forever, and the world is brighter because of her light.

May God bless you all.❤

(In our class picture, I'm standing right next to her, in the red and white dress. I remember that picture day, like it was yesterday. She told me great minds thought alike because we wore the same colors!)

I was so sad to hear of Mary Fran's death. She and her husband Jay attended many of the Vietnam Helicopter Pilot's Reunions and that is how I got to know her. We had a lot of fun in several cities throughout the United States while attending these reunions. She had a great sense of humor and was truly a very nice person. I will miss her.

I had Mrs. Donahue as a teacher at Prairie View. She was a wonderful teacher and truly cared about her students. I will keep her family in my thoughts and prayers.
