WOODBRIDGE Rita Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in Blackpool Victoria Hospital on Wednesday 20th March 2019, aged 72 years.
Beloved husband to the late Wilf, loving mum to Mark, Susan and Brian, cherished grandma to Beth, Georgie, Jordan, Rachell, Renee, Jenny, Daniel, Donny and Ben,
also a dear great grandma, sister, sister-in-law and auntie.
Rita will be sadly missed by
all her family and friends.
Funeral Service and
cremation will take place at
Carleton Crematorium on
Tuesday 16th April at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to PDSA c/o the funeral director.
