As a teenager watching the show and just in awe as I watched you walk out of the club with the comb in your hair and looking so debonair. RIP

I just loved him! My girlfriend named her Cat Edd, after him. Then.....Edd had kittens! I loved him in the movie Yellowstone Kelly with Clint Walker. When he died at the end, I was crushed. He was great in the movie Grease. He was a big part of my teenage years. Later on, he stayed out of the limelight. Good for him! One of a kind. I will miss him! My condolences to the family and friends of Edd "Kookie" Burns. I was a fan of his and faithfully watched 77 Sunset Strip. The loss of a parent or friend who has lived a long life is still heart breaking. May the comfort from our loving God bring peace and warmth. Continue to cherish the wonderful memories you shared.

Christian Committal Prayer:
Having commended Mr. Brynes, our companion on lifes journey, into the hands of God, we now committ his body to the elements; confident that the one who has made us shall not leave us in the dust, but in Christ give us eternal life. We look to the final day when, as the scripture promise, God will wipe every tear from their eyes. There shall be an end to death, and mourning and crying and pain, for the older order has passed away (Revelation 21:14)

Sorry for the loss of your Father, may your strength come from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
He will be missed..

I grew up in the 50's, and was a big fan of "77 Sunset Strip". It was always exciting, since I lived off of Sunset and Laurel Canyon. R.I.P. Edd ("Kookie").
