We are so sorry to hear that John has died. We remember the many times we saw him walking in the neighborhood in Amherst, attentively listening to his walking companion, with a dog at the end of a leash. We remember his kindness and hospitality and extend our sincere condolences to Susan, Gabriel and Alethea.
