Virginia Dorothy Perry died peacefully at home in Long Beach on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015 after a hard-fought and courageous battle with cancer.
A native Californian, Virginia spent her 79 years here on earth in Southern California, that is, when she wasn't spending time with friends in Hawaii or cruising the Caribbean. She had a passion for Corvettes and racecars and attended the Grand Prix every year rain or shine.
She loved being a realtor, a career she excelled at for more than 30 years.
Virginia was known for her Super Bowl, Easter and Christmas parties.
Survivors include her sister and brother in-law, Joyce and Verle Morris, nieces, a nephew and great-nieces and great nephews.
She will be truly missed by all who knew her.
