I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to family and friends of . It's times like these when the loving promises of our Heavenly Father such as knowing that we can see our loved ones again can bring us comfort and soften some of the pain we feel in our hearts. 1 Thessalonians 4: 13,14

What a Guy!
We met in 1973. We worked together, fished together, hunted together and grew old together but through it all we made a whole lot of memories together. The experiences over the last 44 years with Charlie and Ray Cathey was akin to riding a tour bus with Willy and Waylon. Man what a trip!
We would eat Charlie's left over BBQ spare ribs or "Bat Wings" on the way to our next Honey Hole or dove shoot or deer hunt after warming the "extra heavy duty tin foil" package of snacks (there was always enough for the "Do Droppers because they do drop in") on the manifold of the old suburban and yes, "a good cold Budwiser", was involved.
More than a few motel rooms or lodges were left with the lingering aroma of a fish or dove or backstrap fry when everything worked out just right. Usually, "when you're one of the good guys, good things happen", it worked out.
If, for what ever reason, it didn't work out, there was the back up plan of "extra spicy" (Dee Tyler's of Sonora) ring sausage (ask Dusty/Keith/Jean what this was really known as) warmed, oh so carefully, on the Suburban manifold.
Man! What a trip!
Love ya, Man!
