The Davis family (and extended) is forever indebted to Jo-Ann for her genealogical and historical contributions to and for our family. I enjoyed our long conversations and especially getting to know her as a friend. I will always cherish her.

You were a wonderful writer and historian too. You had a way with knitting and sewing. I will miss you calling me on Saturday. Tina and Rick always cherish the good memories of her.

You did it your way Jo. When I was little, I called you "my biggest sister". It sounded better to a 7 year old than "oldest sister". My love and condolences to Rick and Tina.

My big Sister was so much older than me, but I have fond memories of cookouts at Mom & Dad's, and she was a talented crocheter and doll clothes tailor--I had the best dressed Barbie in Massachusetts. She never missed a birthday, and was always the first Christmas card-she must have started at Halloween writing them all! Rest in Peace Sis -we love you.
