Audrey Lee Burk (Granny), 99, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018 in San Angelo.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, at Robert Massie Funeral Home.Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16, at Robert Massie Funeral Home, with Stan Whites of Sierra Vista United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery.
Audrey was born on May 20, 1918. She married Leon Burk Sr. on Oct. 21, 1936. She worked at the ASU Security Office as a secretary for 17 years, and she was a member of First Baptist Church since 1942.
Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Burk Sr., and her son Henry Ronald Burk.
Audrey is survived by her daughter, Suzy York; sons Leon Burk Jr., Paul Kent Burk, Mark Burk and daughter-in-law Nancy Burk. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and many others that knew her as Granny.
Pallbearers will be Hoby Biedermann, Jon Cullison, Edde Elliott, Steve Henshaw, Jim Noland, and Mike Patterson.
Memorials may be given to Kindred Hospice of San Angelo.
