Not sure what to say?

Thank you for your service to our country Charlie. You were always very nice to me, and others as well . I enjoyed working with you and your son Brian at Meijer. You guys were always very supportive to me. I have memories of you bumping into you at military events, and the VA. Anyways, sorry I did not know of your passing until today. I was thinking of you today and checked the obituaries, I would have been at your funeral if I had known. God bless you Charlie and your loving family. Sorry for your loss Brian. Thank you, Michael De Sota.

Thank you,Edith, for informing me of the loss of your dear father. He was a first cousin and with his departure from earth I realize all of Uncle Fracis and Aunt Gina's children are no longer. I remember very well attending the wedding of Lorraine and Charles in Holland a great number of years ago. I believe I have met a number of his children, but have no addresses to send a card of sympathy. This will have to do. How fast the next generation becomes one we have never really had a chance to know. I did enjoy chatting with cousin Charles a few times in recent days. God bless and keep you all. God is good and He loves each one of us, dear cousins.

Thank you for your service and your dedication to the many veteran organizations you so faithfully served. Rest in Peace Brave Warrior.

Day is done, gone the sun
From the lakes, from the hills, from the sky
All is well, safely rest
God is nigh.
Fading light dims the sight
And a star gems the sky, gleaming bright
From afar, drawing near
Falls the night.
Thanks and praise for our days
Neath the sun, neath the stars, neath the sky
As we go, this we know
God is nigh.
