May I offer my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Donald Norton. I know that losing a loved one is not easy, but our faith in Gods promises can get us through difficult times like this. Please know that God cares, at John 6:40 he promises that one day we will see our loved ones again.

What a great family man and a true gentleman! When I was in 8th grade (YES, EIGHTH grade), my dad took me and my 5 younger siblings out to Norton's dairy farm. After touring the outside areas, he took us into his barn and up to one particular stall, saying "and here is my bull." I raised my citified hand "Mr. Norton, Mr. Norton, what kind of cow gives more milk the male or female?" All my siblings will NEVER let me live that one down! True story. I reminisced that with him over the phone several years ago calling with condolences after he lost one of his sisters.

Dear Norton family,
My heartfelt condolences to all of you. I have wonderful memories of visiting the farm and always feeling welcome. I also knew that when my car wouldn't start while visiting someone was going to get it going for me. Your dad will be missed by many.

We would like to Bless his family with our heat felt condolences. I worked with Donny all over the town ship of Rockland, from the Hannan Farm that was on the corner of Hwy 32 and PP. I knew him as a very young boy from 1943 thru 1953, with the last 4 years working on the baling crew, stacking hay then. Previously worked as a tractor driver, pitched bundles with his father, Tim, and Threshed alot of grain for the WW II effort, and all the time Donny was there to help us, teach us and in general be there for us. He was considered, by my Uncle Robert, as the Son he never had. Donny was a hard working man all his life and was a Christian. In our later life I have talked with him, sent him stories, etc., and we talked about the good times farming back then...Rest in Peace Donald as we know were your Soul is...

Trust in the Lord...
