Paul was my coworker, fellow gardener, and most of all he was my friend. I'll miss the time we spent gardening the most. Paul liked to pick things from the garden and throw them at us (usually at Ansel). We spent more time laughing than gardening. Paul bought the gnomes we use to mark our plots. We still have them and continue to use them.
Paul was an experienced draftsman and was eager to share his knowledge with his coworkers. He taught me a great deal. He will truly be missed.

I am very sorry to hear about the loss of my friend and past coworker. It was an honor and a privilege to work with Paul for almost 15 years before his sudden retirement last year. His guidance and encouragement have helped me and I am fortunate and blessed to have known and worked with him.

Paul made a difference with his unique optimism, enthusiasm and willingness to answer questions and help people. I always appreciated his thoughtful, steady approach to solving any problem large or small. He proved that it doesn't take a loud voice to accomplish big things. It has been a joy to work with someone so passionate, calm and eccentrically professional all at the same time. His dedication has made a positive impact on me.

I think about, and miss, Paul every day. We will move on, but he will not be forgotten.

My sincere sympathies and prayers to Paul's family,
