January 23, 2020 I didnt know Sean well, I met him through a mutual friend but I do know that friend cared very deeply for him. And reading the tributes for Sean, you can really see that he was someone uniquely special. May God Bless all his loved ones!! September 11, 2019 My memories of Sean are filled with laughter, love, and light. He was best friends with my mother, Molly Stocker, and my uncle, John Stocker. Friend is an odd thing to say, considering he was like family. I called (call) him Uncle Sean. When wed go out to eat, hed take me behind this huge bar (it seemed huge at the time, considering I was only about 6) and hed let me press all of the soda fountain buttons on the dispenser. Boy...did I make a mess of things. But there he was, with his heartwarming smile, assuring me there was nothing to worry about. When I was with Sean, he made everything seem like it was okay. He made people feel secure, and warm. What I wouldnt give to return him that favor to him. What I wouldnt give to be able to bring him back. Sean instilled in me something so precious. Optimism. This world is dark, but knowing how Sean lived his life...until the very last day...it keeps me grounded. His smile was infectious, and his optimism could make any wilted flower bloom again. We loved him, very much. It is now 2019, Sept. 11th. I visited him today and left a note by his name. Whenever Im in NYC I promise...I will always try to visit our dear Sean. Bless you, and your family. Bless all the survivors...and all the innocents that have lost their lives. All my love. September 11, 2018 Today, 09/11/2018, (17 years ... ) we remember you Sean. We will never forget. Wishing all the best to your family and friends. Much regards. September 12, 2016 Never Forgotten.....Gerry...Thinking of you and your Family today. Florence Ruhl, Nokomis, FL
