I met, several years ago your husband's mother at the Electrolux vacuum cleaning store in Burlington. While we were talking about our vacuum cleaners she told me about her son who had been on American Airlines Flight 11. I was taken aback. She said how handsome he was and what had happened. I couldn't believe the strength of this woman who could have endured that loss of her handsome son in such a tragic way. I think of her often. I met her more than 15 years ago. I am thinking of you all today. Blessings to you and especially to Tom's Mother whose company I so enjoyed. Allison Preece, Reading, MA
