We met Carl and Emily in Pascagoula when he worked at Chevron with my husband, Martin, who fondly remembers Carl as a kind and generous man. Our condolences to his daughters, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family. May all the lovely memories you have keep him close to your hearts. God bless....

My condolences to the family. I knew Carleton in Hibbing, Minnesota, where we both grew up. He was always a friendly and nice fellow. So sorry to learn of his passing. May your memories give you comfort.

Carl lived next door to my mother and father, Thad and Fara Pate while he was in Fairhope. He was a very friendly guy and good neighbor to my parents. I am glad to have known him and my condolences to the family. God Bless

I met Carl when I came to Pascagoula in 1992. When he found out I had gone to Michigan Tech we instantly became friends. He loved his alma mater. He was a great friend and colleague for many years. He sponsored me in to Kiwanis. He and Emily lived near us and we would visit on the street. He was a real gentleman, a great employee and we will all miss him in the Chevron family. RIP Carl. God Bless
