Last night I went to say goodbye to one of the most personable, professional and skilled surgeons I have had the pleasure of knowing. I met Dr. Klug in September or October of 1999, he performed his first Carpal Tunnel/Ulnar Nerve Release surgery on me in February, 2000. Over the next 19 years he has done approximately 41 procedures on my hands, elbows and wrists. I trusted him so explicitly that I not only referred my Mom to him, but also had him take care of my son's surgeries. He retired from a Career he truly loved in June. He went on mission trips every year to perform surgeries and/or treat those in countries less fortunate than ours.

I miss joking with and picking on him.
Rest Easy Dr. Klug! You are Missed!

Dr.Klug was such a wonderful man,and a great surgeon/physician. I knew him from his early years at MVH when we would sit in the Admitting Dept.and chat, through my last office visit with him for a hand fracture. He always had a great story and was very compassionate. He was a pioneer in his field and will be truly missed. I extend my deepest sympathy to his family for their loss.
