SNOWDEN (Melton), Sadie Louise Age 85, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Close to Home Assisted Living. She was born November 26, 1931 in Big Rock, Tennessee to Grady and Marie (Harrison) Melton. Sadie worked for Flowers by Roger, and was co-owner of Marie's upholstery shop, a member of The Poasttown First Church of God. She was an avid bowler for Middletown Bowling Association and was inducted into the Middletown Bowling Hall of Fame. Sadie is survived by her children, Barbara Snowden, Pam (Jan) Millard, Paul (Pam) Snowden, Rick (Kitty deceased) Snowden and Terry (Lisa) Snowden; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; brothers, Jack (Carol) Melton, Ed Melton, Fred (Benita) Melton and Gene ( Pat) Melton; a best friend and cousin Eileen Wallace. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ernest Lee Snowden of 54 years; one sister, Dimple Wallace; two brothers, Bill and Bob Melton. Visitation will be Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 11:00 to 1:00 pm at Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Crider officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 3800 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, OH 45227 or Hospice Care of Middletown, 3909 Central Avenue, Middletown OH 45042. So sorry about Sadie. Mom (Madie Howard) Loved her and all of us did too but i guess God just needed another Angel our thoughts and prayers are with y'all
