Marianne and I extend our heartfelt condolences in the loss of Brett, taken too soon; but his suffering is over as he rests in the arms of Jesus. Be assured of our prayers as you deal with his loss.

Brett (our father) loved living in the beautiful mountains of Vermont. He loved to chat with anyone and always had a twinkle in his eye. No matter how hard life was at times for him; he always found something nice to say about someone or found a way to keep his spirits UP! God bless and may the angels welcome him home and provide comfort & peace for his wife Sharon, Diane, Amy & entire family.

We love you and will always be thinking of you till the day we meet again. Thank you for all the wonderful memories and laughs. You always had a zest for life and stories to share. We appreciate everything you did for mom and I. You will be missed forever and forever. I still can not believe you are gone. It was like yesterday that we spoke on the phone and you sounded happy and giddy about some book you were reading ready to pick up mom at the hospital. I'm so happy you are no longer in pain. It's been a long time now and you finally have relief. Love you and miss you lots. Love, Amy

Rest In Peace Dad ❤

God looked around his garden
And found an empty place,

He then looked down upon the earth
And saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb.
So he closed your weary eyelids
And whispered, Peace be Thine'.
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn't go alone,
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
