I was sadden to hear of Duane's death. I live in Florida but members of the Portland Golf club sent me notice of Duane's death. I served on the golf board with him for many years. He was truly a gentleman and a great guy. He always enjoyed himself and brought laughter to all of us.

Dear Alice
We were so saddened to read of Duane's passing in the Citizen. We will miss our chats in the aisles of the grocery store. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely, John and Rosanne Hornyak

Greetings Alice and Family,

Thinking of you at this difficult time. May you find comfort in His Promises.

Dear Alice, Louie and family,
We were shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. It seems we just saw you last week grocery shopping together. Duane was always so upbeat and happy. He lite up the room with his smile. We were just really getting to know you better even though our sons were childhood friends. The last thing we talked about was how our sons were doing. He will be missed. Please accept our deepest sympathy.
Sincerely,
Tom & Carol Aylward
