A wonderful person...

My heartfelt condolences go out to the family. I am honored and blessed to have known Ellen. She was always full of love and always made me smile. She gave me a giant hug every time I saw her at Peter Elliot Women and I will always cherish that. She will be truly missed. May God rest her soul in peace.

Sincerely,
Kathy Rinia

I read the above with sincere sorrow! I remember Ellen from our days at Pappagallo! She was always warm, thoughtful , caring and gregarious! I continued to see her in our shared neighb...Carnegie Hill! Never without a smile!!! On her lips, from the heart and in her eyes! She will be missed by so many! I feel as if a light has been extinguished!I send deepest sympathy to all her family and other friends,Sincerely,Neepie Bourne

I have such wonderful memories of Ellen from when I was a childhood friend of her niece Maggie. Ellen was the fun, cool, interesting, attractive and above all kind aunt that we all wanted to have. She was always happy to talk to her niece's friends, asking us questions and telling us about her life. My sympathies to all of her extended family.
