John and Carolyn we're neighbors to my step father Ray Waugh. Four years ago from this past November we lost Ray but through his ordeal the Kelly's were front and center. Not only were they Ray's neighbors and friends they were family. Carolyn was giving and caring and she will missed by all. Our thoughts are with John and the entire family.

Bryan and family.
I was so sorry to learn about your Mother. I met her at your wedding and got the best laugh about the sneakers she decorated for you! What a funny lady!
She is finally resting in peace.
