Uncle Freddy,

I'm deeply sad and heartbroken I was unable to visit, while you were ill, and say good bye. You are profoundly loved and missed by all who had the honor to have known you. You were a genuinely good man and a true gentleman. I will miss your bright smile, that lit up the room, your adoring laughter, fascinating stories filled with family memories and knowledge of our ancestry, and fond memories at Christmas. No one made an apple pie as wonderful as you did. You were an incredibly loving, dedicated uncle and an enormous loss to our family. God bless you, Uncle Freddy.

I will miss you Uncle Fred. We spent too much time visiting in hospitals and nursing homes in the past couple of years. You always told me you felt good and flexed your muscles but there were many times I knew you didn't but you never complained and always met me with a big smile and sparkling blue eyes. I will miss your stories of your young years growing up in West Hartford. Christmas will never be the same without you and Uncle Jim. Rest in peace Freddie, please give Jimmy, Kitty, Jokie, Annette, Poppy and Grandma a hug for me.
God Bless you.

Our sincere sympathies for your loss.
