Dear June,
I am so sorry for you and your family.
I've known George since he relocated to Simsbury and he will be missed.
He was a quiet and gentle soul.
I will miss seeing him around.
Shortly before his passing he was sitting outside and I spent sometime talking with him. Good conversation.
More recently I saw him sitting in his car, as he liked to do, since he couldn't drive it. I waved and he waved back.
I, for one, will miss him and his bottles.
I found some antique (I thought) bottles a few years back. I said to myself, George might like these' so I brought them to him. Well, what do I know about bottles. He told me that they were not antiques. I tossed into the trash. I tried.
My condolences go out to you.
