To the Roys family, I give my best to you and sincerest condolences. I've been blessed to work with Grove at the Standard plant in my early Torrington years. I especially enjoyed what I called 'Torrington history walks' where Grove would share what was made on each floor of the plant. I felt like I could see the equipment running and people bustling around :) I've learned so much from him and continue to use that knowledge and take pride in my work today! To a great man who could fix anything!
Sincerely, Rob Lukasiewicz

My sincerest condolences. I have many good memories of my chats with Grove about his Corvette, trains and sons (the meteorologist- to-be and the Forbes Flyers). I'm sure he will be missed tremendously.
