My deepest condolences to Jim's wife and family. My heart is heavy hearing his passing. What a pleasure it was to work with Jim as staff for Technology Quest at the 2013 Boy Scout National Jamboree and later for STEM Quest at the 2017 National Scout Jamboree. I will miss being with Jim at the 2019 World Scout Jamboree at the Bechtel Summit in West Virginia. Scouter Jim, may you rest in peace. I am looking forward being with you once again around the campfire and listening to the stories.

Dear Charlotte,
I don't mean to intrude at such a difficult time, just wanted you to know if there's ANYTHING I CAN Do here in Simsbury, I am here for you.You and Jim have always been inspirational to Jeff and I... Hitting that milestone of an Anniversary this past August, both being active, interesting, and so warm and welcoming. Your example is one we will always cherish.I cannot imagine the surreal situation you find yourself in....losing someone suddenly is always hardest on those left to mourn. I'm sure I'm one of many to reach out to you, but please don't hesitate to call upon me. Jeff and I send our prayers and thoughts to you and your family,

I worked with Jim in the STEM Expo area at last summer's Boy Scout National Jamboree. He worked hard to make sure that each scout had a wonderful experience and learned about science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
