Joe EARNED his rank. Nobody's parent/father
gave it to him on a silver platter or spoon .
And, he was respected within and by the
ranks . No parent can get that for a man ..
Rest in peace Joe .

My Uncle Joe was a great man. He was someone I looked up to an respected. I wanted to be a detective just like him. He loved his family very much. Especially his wife ( My Aunt Bobbie ). He worked hard long hours. I never heard him complain. He was soft spoken. But when he meant business you knew it. He was loved an respected by many. I will miss you and love you Uncle Joe. You will always be in my heart an thoughts. Love always your niece Heather
