My sincere condolences to the family and close friends of Lou Laudati. May you take comfort from joyful memories you have of Lou and solace in knowing that he is no longer suffering.
I would like to say that I only knew of Lou a short time during his last job as security for the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health Laboratory. Always a friendly face, I very much enjoyed many of the brief conversations we had, his love for his family, his successes in property management and as a builder, as courier for U.P.S., and sadly his ups and downs with cancer. On a brighter note, Lou was quite the Chef and was happiest when preparing a delicious meal to enjoy with family and friends. Even I was lucky enough to sample some delicious homemade bread pudding Lou kindly shared with me.
While I only knew Lou for a short time, I will always remember him as a decent man and a good friend! I'm thankful for the opportunity to have met Lou. I do miss him!
Rest in Peace, Lou
