Dorothy (Campbell) Allen, 95, of Merritt Island, FL and formerly of Windsor, CT, beloved wife of the late Jack C. Allen, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017. Born in Fort Fairfield, ME, daughter of the late William and Ada (Gerow) Campbell, she was raised in Maine and lived in Windsor, CT for 60 years and 8 years in Kennebunk, ME and for the last 5 years in Merritt Island, FL. She was a long-time communicant of St. Gertrude Church in Windsor. She leaves two sons Jeffrey W. Allen of Merritt Island, FL and Jay E. Allen of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Kennebunk, ME. She was predeceased by her daughter Lee Virginia Allen; a sister Virginia Iwanczenko; and a brother Garfield Campbell. Graveside services will be held in the Spring in Riverside Cemetery, Windsor.
