Condolences to the family.

Rosemarie devoted many years as the president of the Greater Middletown League of Women Voters. Under her leadership the League established LWVGM scholarships at Middletown and Portland high schools, held numerous voter registration drives at supermarkets and on Main Street during city events, and sponsored numerous forums for local political candidates. She was very interested in getting Connecticut to have schools teach citizenship and succeeded in helping to get the legislature to pass a law requiring it.

She enhanced life in Middletown and the state of Connecticut

Mr. Skoglund, Karen, Tommy and Becky,

I am so sorry to hear of your mom and wife's passing. I have the fondest memories of her with cookies on the back deck and the chalk molds we would paint.
I am hoping you find comfort in all of the wonderful memories you have of her.

God bless,

Sue (Costa) Catullo

My condolences to the family. Although teaching children to read was her greatest passion, Rosemarie was for so many years the president of the Greater Middletown League of Women Voters. Under her leadership the League established LWVGM scholarships at Middletown and Portland high schools, held numerous voter registration drives at supermarkets and on Main Street during city events, and sponsored numerous forums for local political candidates. She was very interested in getting Connecticut to have schools teach citizenship and succeeded in getting the legislature to pass a law requiring it. She enhanced life in Middletown.
