Mr. Block was my homeroom teacher, my UCONN Biology teacher at NHS and inspired me to a career in science. One couldn't help but smile when he smiled at you! A very kind man. May you continue to find peace in your memories and those of others who knew him.

Sincerely,
Shirley Breuer

Barb and family..... I just learned of Walt's passing. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Phil and I had many fond memories, dancing, NH home and his maple syrup. Many good times. Please accept my condolences. Love,

Barb, Tracy, Tom & Family, I will deeply miss Walt on the Vineyard and in New Hampshire. Happy to know we shared these two places together. Funny how our lives crossed. Walt was always a pleasure, a gentleman and a happy soul. He was always there if I needed him and willing to help knowing I was on the Vineyard alone most of the time. My love and thoughts go out to Barb and his family. I hope you get comfort by knowing he was loved by many and will be missed by many.
