A year ago today you went back into the hospital.. Little did we know, you wouldn't be walking back out. You visited me in my dream last night. You were so beautiful as always.. You had some weight on you.. Had your hair down and krimped just right.. Red lipstick and smelled of windsong. You told me everything was going to be ok. We love and miss you mama.

Mama it's another sleepless night. Some days I'm ok and others not so strong. Hard to believe it's been a year almost. I wish I could talk to you even if it were just for 5 minutes. Even to fuss at me. This still seems like a bad dream. I love you redhead.
