What a blessed opportunity to have worshipped with Mr. Butch at 38th Ave. He was such a kind man and had such a gentle soul. He will definitely be missed....prayers for your family --- Cindy Rawls

Sherry, Cindy, Angela, Billy ..... I hated to see that you guys lost Butch this week. The first time I ever saw Butch he had wandered into his Dad little store on Hwy 49 across from Rawls Springs. I also remember Ms Rubye always having the "boys" in church ... must be 65 years ago .... when the world was safe enough to roam all of Rawls Springs without much supervision ,,, but then I didn't realize every mother in the Springs kept their eyes on us and reported to our parents when warranted. It is always hard to lose someone but especially during the holidays. This is the time to "hide" in Jesus' arms and share the memories you had of Butch. Sherry, you will find that Butch's departure is easier to cope with than your having to survive without him will be. Love to you all. Norma Hayden Davis, Longwood, Florida.
