Dan, Dean, Sine and families,

I'm so sorry for your loss of Betty. I'm sure she will be missed by all of you and her pets as well. (I can still hear her calling the cats to eat.)

What a wonderful person Betty was, and as a child I was so lucky to have her as a "second mom." Your parents opened my eyes to so much of the world and books, music, art, science and education! I saw and did so many things because they reached out and included me. I will be forever grateful for that - l was blessed because of their generosity. (Well, y'all were fun, too!)

Memories - I can still see all of your money jars lined up on a table--spend, save, church, etc..., and didn't a certain piglet live in the house for a while? Sine's pony Pal was adorable. And when we were teens your parent and mine took us to see Chicago at Pine Knob - how cool was that?!! I remember how your mom took care of me when mine was in the hospital....what would we (and especially my dad!) have done without her?

My deepest sympathy and lots of love,

Karen Henry
