So sorry to hear that another truly good guy has left us. He will certainly be missed and I'm sad to know that we won't get to see him at our 50th class reunion later this year.

Connie my thoughts are with you and your family. Dale wasn't just a coworker to many of us at cranes, he was very much a father figure and dear friend. Work was never quite the same after he retired. On our last days at cranes we often spoke about him and how much he had taught us. He was kind, funny, and a wonderful mentor.
