I'm an old friend of his who lost touch a while back. So sad....do we know how he passed?

My heart just broke into a million pieces. Last time we talked was Feb 6th. I assumed you were just focusing on your wedding. 6 years ago you were the person i leaned on when my fiance passed. You have been a true friend. I will miss our talks.

I can't believe this news. After moving back to the area, seeing your friendly face made the transition easier, and I always was glad to have a chat any time we had the opportunity.

I just saw you not even a week ago, and you were so vivacious and so incredibly excited for your upcoming wedding. It made me unbelievably happy for you to have finally found your match and partner in life; and knowing you as long as I have, it filled me with such joy to see you doing so well.

It feels immensely unfair to lose you now at your most blessed time in life, though I have to take comfort knowing you were truly happy, because that's the only form of solace I can find right now.

You will absolutely be missed. Sending lots and lots of love to your family, mates, and 'widow' (I know you already saw her as your wife, even without the paperwork ).
