Harteau, Donna M.
Donna M. Harteau, age 87, a Manitowoc resident, formerly of Two Rivers, passed away Saturday, July 3, 2016 at North Ridge Med & Rehab Center, Manitowoc.
Donna was born April 29, 1929 in Oconto, daughter of the late Clarence and Clara (Barribeau) Smith. She graduated from Oconto Senior High School with the class of 1948. Donna worked in food distribution for Newcap in Oconto. She enjoyed fishing, camping, dancing, singing in various choirs and karaoke and especially the time she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Donna belonged to various church choirs and was a member of the Elks Club.
Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law: Julie TerLaan and Patti Lynn & Kevin Wille, all of Beaver Dam; two sons and daughters-in-law: Scott & Cindy Harteau, Whitelaw; Christopher & Julie Harteau, Sturgeon Bay; 13 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and two sisters: Angela Langsing, Green Bay; Pat Sohrweiele, Marinette. Donna was preceded in death by one brother John "Jack" E. Smith.
Cremation has taken place at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc and a Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the Klein & Stangel Funeral Home (1420 22nd Street), Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Maurice Mmegbuadimma with burial of her cremated remains to take place at Oconto Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 11:30 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m.

I was so sorry to read of Donna,s passing. She was a very sweet lady . Always a good time when i would see her and Mary Jo out and about. Rest in Peace Donna. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Harteau family on Donna's passing. Really enjoyed conversations with her at Northridge and around the supper table. She was across the hall from my Mom and would always call and say Hi from her room. May she rest now and Heaven gained another angel.
