I was a student of "Mr. Otto" in 1965. I currently live in Green Bay, and was in Scotland when I became aware of his passing. He was one of my favorite teachers. I loved geometry because of him, however I became an art teacher. He was a highly respected teacher and coach and I have very good memories of him.

I'm so sorry about the passing of my wonderful Uncle Warren! He was my moms big brother and she always looked up to him. I have many happy memories of visiting Two Rivers to see him, Aunt Jean and the cousins! I'm so thankful for the fun family reunion that he and his family hosted two years ago! He will be missed!

Warren Otto was a man of faith and compassion for all. As a teacher he reached out to each student in our church he and his wife Jean helped with youth fellowship and many other aspects of faith. Our class of '64 were honored to have him attend our fiftieth class reunion two summers ago. A joy to have been inspired by Mr Otto! My deepest condolences to the family and his dearest friends. My sincerest thoughts and prayers are with you Bob, Jane, Nancy and your families during this difficult time. What a fantastic person was your father. In all my years of schooling through college and grad school, I still consider Warren Otto my greatest educator. He will be missed, but we will never forget his "elegant" proofs in Geometry:-)
