We were sorry to read of Lise's passing. It had been many years since we last saw her, but always kept the Shaw family in our hearts as our former next door neighbors on Hot Springs Drive back in the early 1950s. She was so beautiful and most interesting. Condolences to your family. Fondly, Imogene ('Gene) Hawkins and Vicki Hawkins Kuebler, 211 N. Hot Springs Drive, Boise.

I am so sorry to hear about Lise. I lost touch with her this last year. She moved and I couldn't find her. Lise and I go back to when she started working at Albertsons. We walked at lunch most days she wanted to go down town and shop, that is when we were working in the Boise Cascade Building.
When Albertsons moved to Park Center Jack was always outside waiting to pick Lise up from work we would talk until Lise came out.
I learned a lot about Copenhagen from Lise, things I would never have learned anyplace else. She told me a lot about her parents and the things they did. She always told me about her kids and grandkids. She loved you so much.
After Lise retired we did lunch a lot. Some of the dishes she made I ate them but I was hoping she won't make them again. She always knew when I didn't like it.
I played with Maxx when i went to visit Lise. He always wanted to play, he thought I came to see him.
Lise was one of the best friends I ever had. I will miss her more than words can say. I am so sorry for your loss.

John and family,
I'm sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I always looked forward to seeing her in the hallways at Albertson's. It was always a pleasure talking with her.
