Donna, BJ and Tina,
My heart goes out to you as I learned of Billy's passing. I have so many great memories growing up with all of you as a kid. Donna, you and Billy were like second parents to Adam, Aaron and I.
I so wish I would have taken more time to visit, and I am so sorry I didn't.
My prayers go out to all of you.

I first met Billy when I was 18 in 1968 working for Boise Cascade logging operation in Atlanta Idaho. One day he saw me struggling trying to skid logs. He was nice enough to spend some time with me showing me the ropes. Billy was an excellent operator and hard worker.

I did not run into Billy again until I went to work for the Ada County Sheriffs Office where we spent the next many years working together. Billy was a great guy and will be missed by all. I have not seen Billy for many years but I always considered him a friend.

Weatherby Family; My condolences on your loss. Bill was a dedicated and affable man and a great public servant. In addition to the loss you feel, the community and State has also experienced a great loss. Al Lance
