Dave was one of my greatest teachers and friend. He was always so excited about life and seeing his students turn to and remain in Jesus. Last time we spoke he was praying for me. Such a wonderful, amazing man of God. Mr. Shaw I will miss you. See you again in eternity.

Dave and I worked together at the food bank stocking the food for the backpacks each week during the school year. During those years we became good friends. He was such an encouraging and cheerful person. He was a true witness to his Christian faith. His genuineness and compassionate spirit was always evident. Even the visits to his home during his illness were special because you would not known he had a terminal illness. We will miss him greatly! Dick and Sharon Saul

My husband and I loved Dave Shaw. He was always so friendly and outgoing and such an encourager. He truly lived as a Christian should. We could always see Jesus in him. We were honored that we had a chance to go to church with him at Valley Shepherd. Scott and Colleen Hoerning
